The fx/WebSuite provides Contact Us forms, a standard Application for Admission, on-line Registration, and a Campus Portal for students, faculty and faculty advisors.

 

The license fee includes 4 days of on-site installation and training and 12 months of unlimited telephone technical support which includes continued hands-on training using the popular LogMeIn long-distance support and training aid.  (travel expenses extra)

 

After a 12 month period an annual maintenance renewal fee applies:........................................ $10,000.

LogMeIN: Using this secure, long distance training and trouble shooting utility we can link computer systems and actually view your computer screen. By sharing control of your mouse and desktop we either perform the needed functions for you (to solve a problem), or demonstrate a function for training purposes. This expedites installation, training, and troubleshooting. It also provides a comfort zone to your staff – our support staff is able to provide visible, hands-on support. It’s the closest thing to being there! The connection is fast, easy, temporary, and secure and can be re-established as often as necessary, but only at the request of the user.
